Molded Leather Arch Shells

Fitted from heel to ball, cupped heel, skived edges, for immediate installation in shoe. Easily adjusted for individual requirements or cemented into place to give additional support to the medial counter.

Molded Leather - Dual Medial and Lateral Flanges

The combination of flanges produces a deep heel cup, gives additional cuboid support, and inhibits shifting in the shoe. All plantar elevations, apertures, balancing platforms, posting, etc., can be accomplished using any of the appliances illustrated. With this complete selection all features of biomechanical principals be utilized, and normal weight bearing established. For best results use a liberal fitting shoe.

The combination of flanges produces a deep heel cup, gives additional cuboid support, and inhibits lateral shifting in the shoe. The appliance extends from heel to toe of the shoe, eliminating it’s forward movement. All plantar elevations, apertures, balancing platforms, posting, etc., can be accomplished by using any of the appliances illustrated. With this complete selection all features of biomechanical principals can be utilized, and normal weight bearing established. For best results use a liberal fitting shoe.

Cowhide shell, with the thickness reduced from the ball to toe area. This style gives complete independence to your balancing techniques.

Model 450

Cowhide shell with the thickness reduced from the ball to toe area. A 3/16” cushion cork layer is contour buffed on underside, extending from heel to ball. The heel is scooped out for spur relief, and highest elevations are under longitudinal and metatarsal areas. Celastic can be added for additional rigidity. A liberal fitting or depth inlay shoe is suggested.

Arch Supports - Ultra Fab Nylon and Full Grain Leather

Features a middle layer of high rebound polyurethane “STP” for extra comfort and a semi-rigid polypro shell for added support. Available in both Ultra Fab Nylon and Full Grain leather designs and in ¾ and full length sizes. All four models are backed with a genuine leather base for a professional appearance. .

Model 460

Genuine 5 oz. leather top cover. The 3/4 length is particularly useful in dress shoes or where toe room may be limited.
