5513B E-Z Form Urethane Wedge Block

Sroufe Healthcare Products, LLC introduces the new Sher™ Brand 5513B E-Z Form urethane wedge block.  The 5513B is a solid molded block made from E-Z Form that does not compress or collapse, holding the foot in a desired position longer than other material inlays.  5513B also features less than 5% compression on the foundation layer and offers high rebound features similar to other medical urethanes.


The 5513B is Sadmerc Coded for reimbursement and is available in small (1.25” heel height, 10.5” length and 4” forefoot width), medium (1.25” x 12” x 4.375”) and large (1.25” x 13.5” x 5”) sizes.  A digital casting and milling machine is used to create custom diabetic insoles by scanning a foam crush box.  The insoles are then covered with ProCell.
