5512 Top Quality Orthotics Off-The-Shelf

The 5512 E-Z Form Bi-Laminate Diabetic Insole features less than 5% compression on the foundation layer and offers high rebound features similar to other medical urethanes. The diabetic inlay is durable and the material does not compress or collapse, holding the foot in a desired position for a longer period of time and with more consistent cushioning.

The 5512 moldable urethane is Sadmerc Coded for reimbursement and is available in three sizes.

Moldable Urethane

The 5513 revolutionizes the custom foot orthotics world. Not only does it make custom foot orthotics faster and easier but the one piece base layer means absolute integrity on terms of strength and design.
After a model of the patient's foot
is prepared, the 5513 can be placed in a convection oven and is then pulled over the cast with a vacuum membrane.

The 5513 E-Z Form moldable urethane is Sadmerc Coded for reimbursement and is available in three sizes.

E-Z Form Moldable Urethane

5513B E-Z Form Urethane Wedge Block

The 5513B is a solid molded block made from E-Z Form that does not compress or collapse, holding the foot in a desired position longer than other material inlays. Features less than 5% compression on the foundation layer and offers high rebound features similar to other medical urethanes. A digital casting and milling machine is used to create custom diabetic insoles by scanning a foam crush box. The insoles are then covered with ProCell.

The 5513B is Sadmerc Coded for reimbursement and is available in three sizes.
